I’m back at it again with another monthly update on how I am continuing to become the highest version of myself each and every single day. I dive into realizing that striving to be good or the best at everything you do in life is SUPER exhausting. There’s power in just doing and enjoying something that gives you joy. I, also, touch upon people-pleasing tendencies and how that results in choosing safety over authenticity. We make these decisions because we don’t want that other person to not like us or negative feelings towards us. But by doing that we are not living our own story and creating a passageway for others to cross our boundaries that keep us in peace. Lastly, I touch on the sensitive subject of our relationship with failure and how a love reality TV show made me rethink my own relationship with it. More lessons and more XP gained, I love it!
